Tapered brush knotted KBG Ø 115x15 mm M14 steel wire Ø 0.50 mm angle grinder. Aggressive brush. Excellent for heavy-duty brushing work such as deburring, cleaning, derusting and descaling as well as for removing welding spatter. Steel wire is the most common fill material. Brushes with steel wire fill material are particularly suitable for surface treatment and deburring. PFERD special wire has a high tensile strength and flexural fatigue strength. This ensures optimum wear of the wire and a long service life, even in extreme brushing applications. Steel wire can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C.
