Hose SCH 6 DIN10/G16. Flexible shafts consist of three components that can be combined in different ways: the flexible core (SE), the protective hose (SCH) and the handpiece (HA). The flexible core consists of four to ten layers of wire according to DIN 2076, especially for high-speed clockwise rotation. The core coupling is firmly pressed on. The core of a flexible shaft must be relubricated after approx. 100 operating hours. The protective hose is made of oil-resistant rubber, with a flat steel spiral on the inside and solid rubber on the outside. The connection couplings are firmly pressed on and covered with rubber cuffs for reinforcement. The handpieces are light and easy to handle and cover a wide speed range. Fatigue-free working is possible in continuous operation with low running noise. Interchangeable collets make it possible to hold a wide variety of tools. The sliding connection enables quick handpiece changes.
