The T 118 GFS Basic for Stainless Steel jigsaw blade makes straight cuts in stainless steel. The milled, wavy tooth geometry is designed for cutting stainless steel. The tooth strip made of hardened special HSS (high-speed steel) and BIM (bi-metal) is reinforced with highly elastic HCS (carbon steel) and offers both sufficient strength and flexibility, both of which are required to cut thin, solid and perforated sheets of stainless steel. The very fine tooth pitch (0.8 mm) also cuts very thin stainless steel sheets with a thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm.
