Application
SPINDLE LUBE oils are ultra-fine filtered HLP-D hydraulic oils (DIN 51 524/P2). The purity class is 15/13/10 in accordance with ISO standard 4406. They have excellent detergent and dispersant properties.
Area of application:
Its guaranteed high purity makes this hydraulic oil particularly popular for lubricating bearings in motor spindles and high-frequency spindles.
Application:
In order to maintain the purity of the oil, it must be poured directly into the central lubrication unit and the container must be resealed immediately after use. In production, SPINDLE LUBE ISO VG 32 complies with purity class 15/13/10. During filling, the purity class can be affected by the properties of the container. It must also be ensured that no contaminants are introduced into the remaining oil in the container when filling the central lubrication unit.
