Application
For clamping tools with a straight shank in ER collets in accordance with DIN 6499.
Execution
- Alloyed case-hardening steel, core tensile strength at least 950 N/mm²
- Case-hardened HRc 60 ± 2 (HV 700 ± 50), hardness depth 0.8 mm ± 0.2 mm
- Taper angle tolerance quality < AT3 in accordance with DIN 7187 and DIN 2080
- Max. concentricity < 0.005 mm
- Functional surfaces precision-ground, all other surfaces black-oxide
- With Balluff chip hole
- Required pull studs no. 23690 and collets no. 23320
