3M (TM) ACF 7303 is an epoxy / acrylic mixed adhesive system filled with 43 micron silver coated glass beads. It is slightly tacky at room temperature and cures at moderate bonding temperature and pressure. The non-bonded film is slightly tacky at room temperature and consists of a thermoset epoxy/acrylate adhesive compound mixed with randomly distributed conductive particles. The particles enable the connection of conductive tracks through the adhesive, but are so far apart that the product is electrically insulating in the plane of the adhesive. These conductive particles are preferred for copper traces as they provide a good electrical connection. 3M (TM) ACF 7303 can be used to bond a flexible printed circuit board to another flexible printed circuit board or to a printed circuit board.
