3M (TM) TC 2707 is a 2-component thermally conductive epoxy adhesive using aluminum metal fillers for good thermal conductivity with high bond strength. The 3M (TM) 2707 Thermally Conductive Adhesive is a two-component epoxy adhesive filled with boron nitride (BN). It has good thermal conductivity and good adhesion to many surfaces, both smooth and rough. With the practical double cartridge and suitable mixing nozzles, exactly the ideal mixing ratio is mixed. The adhesive can be applied directly from the cartridge using the applicator.
