3M (TM) Plastic Adhesive 4693 is a solvent-based adhesive based on synthetic elastomers. 3M (TM) Scotch-Weld (TM) 4693 is a plastic adhesive based on synthetic elastomers with high initial adhesion. The product has good moisture and ageing resistance and is solvent and heat reactivated. Scotch-Weld 4693 is particularly suitable for bonding many plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon 6-6, impact-resistant polystyrene, polyester, rigid PVC and ABS to metals and other materials.
