3M (TM) Tinned Copper Foil EMI Shielding Tape 1183 is a 2.6 mil thick shielding tape with acrylic adhesive. This flame retardant tape is suitable for applications that require superior electrical conductivity from the substrate through the adhesive to the backing material. Its protective film is peelable and it allows for easy processing and die-cutting. The tape is suitable for dry applications at a rated voltage of 600 V. 3M (TM) EMI Shielding Tape 1183 has a soft copper foil backing and a pressure-sensitive, electrically conductive acrylic adhesive that ensures reliable adhesion. This adhesive tape is tin-plated and therefore resistant to oxidation. It also enables soldering to the carrier material. The conductive particles in the adhesive ensure low resistance between the substrates and the carrier material. This adhesive tape is suitable for a wide temperature range from 40 to 130 °C. The flame retardant tape is designed for grounding and EMI shielding of equipment, components and shielded rooms. UL listed and RoHS 2011/65/EU compliant.
