3M (TM) Double Sided Tape 9495 withstands extreme environmental conditions and ensures strength and ease of application. This double-sided tape has a 0.5 mil black polyester backing coated on both sides with our 200MP adhesive. It is ideal for graphics, nameplates and mounting LED displays. A 107 µm thick, PE-coated protective paper provides additional stability for efficient processing. 3M (TM) Double Sided Tape 9495 is a 5.7 mil thick black PET tape with a 0.5 mil thick polyester film backing that provides excellent handling during processing such as cutting, die cutting or laminating. The front side is coated with a 2.9 mil thick layer and the back side with a 2.3 mil thick layer of 3M (TM) 200MP adhesive. The tape is considered the industry standard for applications such as mounting nameplates and graphics. The adhesive used provides outstanding shear strength and excellent temperature and chemical resistance in demanding conditions. A 4 mil (107 µm) thick, PE-coated protective kraft paper provides additional stability for efficient processing, e.g. during die-cutting.
