Silver-coated, anisotropic electrically conductive adhesive film with thermoplastic adhesive The adhesive film electrically and mechanically bonds flexible circuits with medium spacing to other flexible circuits, rigid printed circuit boards (PCBs) or LCD screens. The electrically conductive film 9703 offers good adhesion to common PCB substrates such as copper, gold, FR 4 epoxy, polyimide and polyester films. Stable electrical performance in any flexible circuit interconnect application may require mechanical reinforcement (clamping).
